I know the "public" owns the sky 500 feet above your property and its regulated by the FAA. But how far above your land is "yours"? My theory (right or wrong) was anything within range of a shotgun and ending at the property line was mine. I've seen several claims that range from you literally don't have "rights" to any airspace and only to what is attached to the ground to you have rights to the airspace up to 98 feet above your property.
