Welcome Ken, For the past two years my wife and I have been a guest of your country in the month of September and have enjoyed it immensely especially the Plowing Match in County Laois. It sounds like you have a great schedule already planned but if you get anywhere near Michigan the Ford Museum in Dearborn is very worth while. It's a three part plan that includes the museum, Greenfield Village and a tour of the River Rouge truck plant. Near by is the Somerset Mall which is a high end shopping experience that your wife would be forever grateful if you would just let her spend a day, especially with your credit card in hand.
