Newborn ng rural county imposed a pet ordinance. All cats and dogs must be caged or on a leash, no more than I forget, 6 or 12 cats, etc etc.
This isn't in town; this is county, on barn cats, everyone.....
They said when they passed it, it won't be enforced on everyone, its just there to deal with problem people.....
Well? Why are they passing laws that from the get go they don't intend to enforce, and are silly, and are designed to make everyone a possible criminal?
If you want to deal with bad pet owners, then write and pass a law that applies to that issue!
This path, make everyone a criminal, and then selectively enforce it, is very troubling, if you follow the path that leads to very far.
It is really, really bad for the common person down the road.....
