I have a double gate at my farm shop. The post haved moved in about a 1/2 inch so the gates touch in the center.Probably because we have had over 13 inches of rain since june.I'm trying to find a way to anchor the the post.Menards sells those screw in anchors,but I tried one of those on a leaning utility pole and could only get it a foot in the ground with a 6 ft bar. I was thinking of driving something down through the 6 inch post into the ground then filling it with cement.What do you guys think?
