York is where the M88 Recovery Vehicles were built about an hour from me. I bought a set of chains advertised in the Baltimore paper for $9.00. They were never used. I had to cut the length so they would fit my garden tractor. They also had the V bars. We tested those M88's running drawbar pull on them. We also tested the M1 Abrams.
