We drove down there the first week of July. The Royal Gorge was closed due to the fire they had the year before. Most of the buildings had been burned down. Glad to hear it"s reopened. We really enjoy Canon City. We stayed at that motel years ago. Back then, they had a pool filled with trout and my sons caught some and they cooked them up for us for supper. Today's Featured Article - Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
