You could turn it up... without making it turn any faster. It will just make more torque and more power at the same speed. It will also make more smoke and more heat. That tractor doesn't have enough rad to remove any more heat... so the eventuality is that sooner or later it WILL overheat and bake itself to death if you don't crack a piston first. Turning up that particular pump is not something that should really not be attempted without the benefit of either a dyno or a pump test bench.
