cant turn it up with out it reving higher... smoking is caused by overloading the engine with excess fuel. till it can catch up,, which is only a temporary condition....
or defective injectors or compression...
so unless you damage your engine, or keep gunning it, which is stupid, and dangerous to everyone, it wont happen with a "good" engine.
You could put oversized injectors in it, and run it wide open like the tractor pull tractors and get it to smoke for maybe 9 minutes till the engine blows itself apart. Again,, why would you want to destroy an engine and harm others and yourself.
