The fertilizer may offer some foliar change but I'm betting no change in end yield. You could add some nutrients to one row and see what happens for a test. It's not unusual for any plant regardless of legume or not to be yellow upon emergence in saturated soils. The beans have not yet had time to fixate their own N. Adding N to the party will prolong their willingness to do so. As soon as their little roots can get some oxygen they will be ready to go so long as macro and micro nutrients aren't deficient.
Any chance you added the proper innoculant to your beans? You might be more impressed than you think if you started doing so.
