I think if you are actually trying to fix a problem with a can of anything in the tank I would probably get the 44K, most of the other additives you can buy lean more toward preventative maintenance/cleaning through periodic use.
You might start needing to consider that your problem might be somewhere else other than the fuel system, especially considering the complaints and actions/repairs you've made so far.
