On the opposite end, yes. I got the cotter pin out and spun it out, but it's reached the end and it doesn't want to move further. It didn't really want to move before though, either. My money is on a tough plug that once I can get something strong enough in there will come out fine.
I need to get it off so I can weld the housing on the other end, which is cracked. 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there doesn't give much time for progress though.
