If it were mine I would investigate is it and interference engine. If so I would get to it sooner rather than later. Guides and tensioners can fail for timing chains causing big problems. This info is not specific to your 3.7 but general info for those with single row timing chains and OHC or DOHC engines with guides, tensioners and other related hardware that seems to fail far too quickly.
