Hey Larry here are my thoughts. If I'm your brother I'm partially gifting some value to you. Therefore if I'm you I would never consider selling it to a third party. Good relations with a brother(I have none) are worth much more than $1500. Tilling is great for small garden acres as you probably know but can be tough on tractor. Will be very interesting how it stands up. Depends alot on the organic matter and makeup of your soil; it wouldn't work on mine that's for sure. Same with the tires just too narrow. Sure is something to think about, tough call and Good Luck with it!
