I think it may be time to get a stock trailer. always paid my neighbor to haul animals as i did not have very many animal but now things have changed and i think it will be more cost effective to have my own. all i can find in my price range are gooseneck trailers which I'm not opposed to. My truck is a new 2014 F150 it is the eccoboost 3.7 rated at 7200 lbs. the trailers i see have 2 3500k dexter axels and are 16ft so i think the weight limits match but I rarely see 1/2 ton trucks pulling a gooseneck trailer. We will be raising a couple of bottle calfs and we currently raise hogs and diary goats. what is your opinions? I'm not buying a trailer for a while I still have some saving to go so I'm just doing some research now. thanks all.
