When I was in college, one of our students broke in to the local library, stole the overdue fine cash box, cut himself on the way out the broken window, left a blood trail Ray Charles could follow, was arrested, expelled, jailed facing deportation back to his home country in Africa, and deported. There was $0.63 in the cash box....Oh, he also happened to be the Chairman of the Young Communists on campus.
