i have a 2 inch diameter hydraulic cylinder on a flatbed,it has about a 24 inch stroke, it came that way, why they put a 2 way on a dump setup is beyond me, but the valve which selects up, or down has gone bad and when trying to raise, it sends fluid up both ways, its fighting itself, and nearly useless, can i convert this to a single acting cylinder?[ power up, gravity down, and how? i cant find the valve which is on the unit and not sure just how to fix the situation
