5 years ago, I spotted an ad for a pair of old Ford LGT's , a 12, and a 14, with K series Kohlers. One had the K321 motor I thought I needed. As part of the deal, I had to take both, but only needed one, or so I thought, the base of that K321 Kohler was wrong for the base plate I have on this old 14hp sawrig as its called. Sure I could have rigged something, but I really wanted the correct motor like what was on there. I actually needed a K321-"S", thought these were all the same, ( definitely not LOL!). I later found one for $50, and have yet to get rid of the LGT's, though the one was a runner, might rig up a planter on that one. A lot of the spares from this deal could be useful and get some or all of what I paid back. I think most of these things work out in some way or another, just not right away.
