reminds me of the time I taught high school biology & the administration decided my credentials of the last 5 years were not in compliance with requirements so they transfer me to another school. What they really did was put a school board members hot shot straight A biology major nephew in my place. He left before the students came for the first day! Some people just aren't suited for some jobs. At least he realized it & didn't make himself & everybody else miserable.
