I think it's to cold when the dog bowl has a skim of ice on it. Houses built over the water is neat around here they won't let you do that. Back in the Mid 80s a large beach house survived after the beach eroded away leaving it out in the ocean at high tide. Someone bought it and made a restaurant out of it. They called it "The Atlantic House" it was Quite successful until Hugo came along. Then it was just several pilings in the surf. Ron
