We have a one man accessors office, he has three ladies in there that do all the work I am sure. I dont think he rarely goes out. I guess he depends on peoples honesty to report. We had a neighbor that was a Gentleman farmer, retired Marine, and staunch church man. He told my dad that his rule of thumb on reporting the number of cattle he had, was to report half.
