Well if you want to get ridiculous, how about the John Deere Dain from 1917? Only 100 were produced, and only one complete tractor is known to exist today. It was a three wheel, four cylinder all wheel drive tractor that predates John Deere purchasing the Waterloo Gasoline Engine Company. When that happened, Deere quit producing the Dain and started selling the Waterloo Boy and then the Model D. Good luck finding enough parts to put another Dain together!
