It was made by Ertl somewhere around 1963 and before 1965. The 20's have two model numbers located between the pedals and rear axle,D-63 or D-65, D = Deere and 63,65 is the year that model was first cast. Because your tractor has the star rims that tells me you have an early D-63, later D-63 came with smooth rims.
