After reading all the comments, I must agree that I hope they come out good on the deal.Concerning shopping at thrift stores, it is practical. Why buy a new widget for full price, when you can buy one at a thrift store for a fraction? When the kids were growing up, we clothed them from yard sales and thrift stores. They wore name brand clothing that we would not have been able to afford otherwise. As to who would pay such a price for a sweater? It's all about having something that no one else has. I don't begrudge someone buying whatever they like, I have a bucket list myself, problem is, the bucket doesn't have any money in it! It matters not what you have, generally there is someone who collects it and will buy yours.
