This morning I decided that I felt like having some cereal for breakfast, rather than my usual egg/toast/oj breakfast.
Upon reaching the cupboard, I had a decision to make, Life, Rice Crispies, or Grape Nuts (yuck!).
I chose Rice Crispies.
While opening the box, I noticed that the serving size was 1 CUP, and that there were approximately 9 servings per box.
Then I looked at the front, and it said that EACH SERVING is PART of a "nutritious" breakfast.
So, 3 mouth full's later, my "serving" of Rise Crispies was gone... I came to the conclusion, that if EACH serving was PART of a nutritious breakfast, then eating the entire box would fill my tummy with approximately 9 parts of a nutritious breakfast!
So, how can it be, that an hour after eating my entire box of Rice Crispies for breakfast, I am already hungry again??
