Got a Food Saver vacuum sealer at a garage sale for 4 bucks. Air-head lady obviously didn't know what it was- said her inlaws gave it to them for Christmas, and they "didn't have much use for it" (she was probably right- not much good for pizza and TV dinners). Had bags, everything to go with. Well over $100 new.
And I love the George Foreman grill- Best way yet to do salmon and burgers, looks like it does a fine job on steaks, too. Another garage sale bargain- 10 bucks or thereabouts. I keep telling myself not to go to garage sales, but every once in awhile, you score big!
Looks like you did good on the tenderloin- looks good enough to eat!
