Well, here it is,we got one today I found a small one,,,4.37 lbs. ,,,on sale for 8.99 per lb,,,with a price plus card 6.99 a lb,,,it came to 30.55 no other purchase required,,limit one here it is ,out of the wrapper thats me ,starting to slice it this is what I ended up with now Im gonna take one upstairs and try it? my wife got this grill as a gift one Christmas,so we will try it in there,,,sure smells good while it is grilling! here it is,ready to try? Here ,,try a bite,,,hope you dont mind rare,I Dont like well done,but I can cook it longer if you like,,hey....it was very good,tasty and tender,my wife liked it too..We dont usually indulge in beef tenderloin,but thought we would splurge for the special sale and take a chance. Now we must get the rest ready for the freezer,we do need to get a vacuum foodsaver,but havent got one yet The wifes version of a vaccum sealer machine?? What do you think?? How did we do??
