It's a 30Wx40Lx12H. It's got 15ft split sliding doors on both ends and then the one walk thru door. No floor or foundation yet. 6x6 post were set in concrete. I was lucky enough to get in on some tobacco cost share money thru the state and it paid for almost half of the building, but it ha to be use for commodity storage(hay) for either 5 or 7 years(I have to check the paperwork to be for sure). After that, I can do whatever I want with it and I plan on pouring a concrete floor and turning it into a shop. Total cost on the building was just about $10500 about 2 years ago and that including a little dozer work. Cost share money paid for $5000 of it. I'm happy as can be with it.
