Your tractor does indeed have three seperate reservoirs: transmission, hydraulics and differential. The dipstick is for hydraulics, the other reservoirs have level plugs.
The original recommendation was to use 90 weight gear oil in the tranny and diff, and universal hydraulic oil in the middle reservoir. However, the current recommendation is to use universal hydraulic oil in all three reservoirs, as oil tends to leak between them anyway, and it's best not to contaminate the hydraulics with gear oil.
