Casey I'm not far from you over in Laurel County. I have been trying to find some pasture to rent for the last year with out much success. The high cattle prices have drove prices WAY up and availability WAY down. Anything thats reasonable has terrible fence, terrible grass, no water, or a combination of all three. I would be tickled to death to find a deal like that here so I think you shouldnt have any trouble finding takers @ $10 a head per month. The big question is who's responsible for fence/fertilizer?
