I just went through that with our Dish dual receiver / DVR. My brother has very different viewing tastes than I do, so we put the second TV in the master bedroom. A place that would be very difficult to run audio / video wires 40 ft from living room to bedroom. We bought a wireless TV transmitter / receiver that plugs into the Dish reciver TV 2 RCA plugs and transmits to another unit in the bedroom that sends the AV signals to the second TV,s AV1 jacks. Works great and did not need to drill holes and string wires.
We bought the transmitter / reciever at best buy It is a TERK model LF30S.
The Dish recievers TV2 remote is RF, so has no problem operating it's tuner from 40 ft away through walls.
