JD, Being retired, I have Medicare parts A and B (104 per month) and CareFirst for supplemental. Zero dollars per month, zero copay for dr's visits and zero dollars for maintenance prescriptions, (ie blood pressure) I pay 5 dollars for my arthritis meds. The drawback is, you have to go to the hospital they dictate or it can get expensive. ER visits are zero if you go to the appointed hospital, or 150 if you go to some other hospital.
