I guess you get all kinds in this world, glad no one got hurt. Later article state they did not prosecute this person, insanity plea or status at the time. So maybe there's some underlying cause besides the weed, or he's a very convincing actor portraying insanity. The whole thing makes no sense, doing what he did, glass cab, surprised he was not taken out while doing this.
