Well it has been a wet deer season. Rain and wind are not a fun mix for deer. Ive seen a few but no horns. Seems no one is seeing deer in the woods. Been a slow start. Tomorrow is the opening for doe and I plan to shoot one. We stayed at our cabin that has no electricity, no running water, none of the creature comforts. An old wood stove with wooden bunks and I would't want it any other way. We did have the one elbow on the stove break off and had to make a run to get a new elbow so we didn't burn the place down. We stayed there for 4 days and had a blast. Hopefully I can get a buck next week or else its late season for me, again.
