Surplus sales has brand-new, old-stock, 10 horse Tecumseh generator engines that you might be able to make work $139 each. Another place has them for $95.
If it was my machine, I'd stick a new Chinese engine on it from Harbor Freight. 8 or 13 horse. As to your pump mount -just check your's against the specs of any engine you buy. Most engines use a standard 3 5/8" bolt circle accessory mount.
I don't know if you really need a 10 horse rated engine. Your old flat-head Tecumseh has around 357 ccs. A smaller overhead-valve engine can match it's power. Like the 8 horse engine from Harbor Freight with 301 ccs. Their 13 horse engine has 420 ccs.
