federal government can shove it

so my grandmother just called. he recieved a bill from medicaid for $117 grand. she was power of attorney for a friend of hers that was in the nursing home for 4 years, paid nursing home each month from her friend"s money, friend died, had about $1300 left in account. so the nusring home billed medicaid(for what we dont know) and medicaid decides to pass the buck to us(how nice of them). so, being good sensible americans, we will settle this thing quickly and honestly SO to the federal US of A government-SHOVE IT!!
