I could probably write a book about my adventures with my one BIL. The best one was when he bought a house and it had a flag pole in the front yard. I wasn't in on this one but any ways the pole was 2 inch well pipe. The rope came off the pulley on the top of the pole. So he got out a ladder and climbed to the top of the ladder but the ladder was to short. He got his truck out and put the ladder in the back of the truck then climbed up almost to the top of the pole. The pole bent over knocking him on the ground and the ladder landed on top of him. My sister came out and patched him up and then asked him why he did not pull the one pin out of the bottom of the pole and swing it to the ground to fix the rope. He limped around for a month after that.
