Maybe You don't want to leave off anything? EXAMPLE: I hit a parked vehicle, & totaled it 4 years ago. Someone pulled out in front of me, & I started for a sidewalk; then noticed a kid on the sidewalk, only option left was the Chev Cavalier, & I shortened it about 2, or 3 feet. Cavalier owner only carried Liability, not full coverage INS. My INS did not pay a single dime to the car owner. Cavs INS would not furnish an attorney without full coverage INS. I told them I hit it on purpose; but they said the person who pulled in front of me was responsible, therefore I wasn't liable. I disagree; but I am not a lawyer. They can sue for up to six years; but will they?
If the Pinwheel brakes off the baler, & goes flying through a vehicle, or a home with someone in it... Did You just loose the farm? I did know someone who had this happen; but did not hurt anybody, or damage anything. Pinwheel missed a moving vehicle by about 20 feet. Just a thought!
