they make air horns for 12 volt vehicles but since im used to the real thing they sound corny, you can rig up a set of real air horns but you will need at a minimum the air tank to run them and a way to pull the lanyard to blow them, assuming you can make all the fittings air tight and charge the tank up with your compressor, it will last for several horn sessions, if you have to shock people right down to the core of their being there is a set of truck "train" horns that are rated at 132 decibels, [ a 747 airliner sitting on the runway with its engines at full throttle is putting out 94 decibels to give you a idea how loud those horns are,] there not cheap either prepare to part with some serious bucks, also be aware some places have laws against having a set of air horns on a civilian vehicle or anything smaller than a heavy truck
