Thanks for the photos! I am a barn lover also. It's good to see that there are still a lot of old barns being cared for. Here in central NC, some of the cities have grown so fast in the past thirty or so years that they have gobbled up a lot of farms. It was sad to see the old barns and other buildings being bulldozed to "make room for progress". On a more positive side, they built a new high school in our county a few years ago on what was once a farm. The old barn was only a few hundred feet from the school building. The FFA instructor and members talked them into leaving the barn and turned it into a classroom, so to speak. They raise several animals and keep them there for "a hands on" experience.
