Most people don't understand that there is good bacteria and bad bacteria! When you wash with antibacterial soap or wipes you are killing the good ones that are protecting you. The same rings true when you take antibiotics, you kill all the bacteria, then your body is vulnerable to to more sickness because it has to get the good to fight the bad. I was hospitalized for three days for a bacterial infection from eating undercooked chicken at a July 4th celebration.
