You have two different systems to deal with, all cab electric goes through the big relay at the rear of the console, that relay does fail and will be slow to come on / off for everything in the cab.
The other thing is the electric over hydraulics setup uses an oil pressure switch back at the left rear of the engine to allow power to the hydraulics only when the engine is running and has oil pressure. That switch can / does fail and causes erratic / no hydraulic function.
