Well so much for your medical opinion . I had Chicken Pox as a youngster and all I got out of it were half a dozen sores that scabbed over and if you picked them, which most kids did, including me, they leave a hole, aka depression in your body where you picked the scab. Mine was on my eyebrow.
So if you are worried about that, vs Shingles, fine you just abstain!!!!!!
