I am a "new" owner of a 1959 Case 311b tractor with loader. I have successfully been using it for several months hauling sand, trees, brush, etc. However, it sat for a couple months and the last time I took it out, the hydraulics were not working. I can hear the pump, but neither bucket moves nor the 3 point hitch. It grunts and the engine boggs down a bit, but nothing moves. Note that my kids were playing around/on the tractor and am working if they shut something off. I checked the oil level off with and have the PTO off and it was at the right level. What else do I check (plugged filter, bypass, etc.)?
