Nope, the actual wetland is at the bottom of the field, its 20 acres, this is just an area in a tillable field that holds water, if it was cleared of brush and put into ag again, like it was for 60 or more years before, it would drain like it used to into the next field. Matte of a fact, I'm going to mow that section right after I walk up to get that tractor, its dried right out, this was the lowest spot. Now if they or any entity had some issue with the above, good luck, they'd had best then go after every single farmer in this area with with wet spots in fields, happens all the time during harvest.
