I would have to say that most LOCAL drivers here in CO. Are good drivers. They will let you cut in, and MOST use their turn signals. With slow ag equipment I will pull over if I have a hot rod or five cars behind me. Even the police will over look crossing white lines, and crossing yellow lines to get off the road. But you better have a SMV sign. Thinking about hanging one on my butt. LOL.
