So as not to get poofed, I will keep it short and to the point. Every time that the new jobs numbers come out, usually somewhere between 150,000 and 200,000 jobs, the Wall Street Journal breaks down the numbers and they always seem to be 3 categories, "Restaurant, Bar, Hotel". Hotel may pay minimum wage, but restaurant and bar make less than minimum wage, because their scale factors in, assuming that tips will offset the pay difference. Also, every quarter, the jobs numbers from the last quarter are consistantly being revised downward, so the numbers released before are obviously incorrect. Who can or will ever make a living or support a family on that?
