It should be similiar to the pump from a 2040. It should have two screws on the side of it. The top one shouid be a 5/16 with a retaining nut. Loosen it about 3/4 to 1 full turn. Go to transfer pump, use leaver to pump fuel to injector pump until you have good flow without a lot of air coming out that screw (works best with two people but can be done by yourself). Tighten scew down. It is possible fuel may catch at injectors by cranking. If not crack a couple of lines at injectors and crank until you have fuel flow.
