When I was in high school I needed and engine for my Ford and found a 272 V8 with a dropped valve and broken piston and it was already torn apart. With my step-dads help he told me what needed to be done and with each step I got closer and finally installed it and got it running but not for long. The oil pump rod wasn't in the box of parts that I got and who knew? Definetly not me!
