Couple of days ago I posted that it lookd like July could be one of the coldest on record. This Morning the News out of Dayton, Oh. 70 mile south of me had on the facts. This July was 3 coldest on record with I believe 2009 being the coldest and 1985 second coldest. I remember one year mid 1990's being very cold. Don't like temps below 70
