This tractor will actually be kept by the club for haying purposes.
We got a no.5 mower with it - so that'll be it's main job - cutting hay.
Not really safe letting letting kids cut hay with a sickle mower - so that lets us get the parents involved which really makes the club that much more fun for everybody.
Most people around here have never even seen a tractor or sickle mower, let alone used one. So it's a lot of fun to introduce the adults to using them.
If the club ever dissolves the equipment would be sold and the proceeds donated back the 4h mother ship.
